  • PITRA selects Indian Seafarers with these qualities. We are prepared to give our clients meaningful assurances of the quality and competence of our Marine Personnel. We will warrant acceptable experience, qualifications and performance of all our database members.

  • Selection pattern is as below without any compromise: Vigorous document and certificate checks and cross checks Interviews by ex-sea going Professionals both written and orals Physical appearance & Fitness including eyesight Administrative, Technical & Inter-personal communication skills Thorough reference checks made with employing companies Appraisal reports and sea service records from Ship Master and Chief Engineer Last medical report checked, if in doubt to do ILO test Last contract terms and salary viewed with new expectations Finally CV proposed after our full satisfaction Medical examination per MLC 2006 standards through Director General of Shipping approved Doctor and clinic. Medicals is as American club pre-employment medical examination including ILO and valid for 2 years from the date of issue. A high standard of health and physical fitness is guaranteed.

Flag State Documentation

We are specialized in registration of any type of ships, obtaining of flag documents, statutory and class certificates, or any other document or approval your vessel and company mayneed.

We act as representative office of several Recognized Organization authorized by the administrations of Panama,Liberia,Marshal Island, Belize, St. Vincent and The Grenadines ,Mauritius ,Singapore, Cyprus and can process & issue all types of sea-farer’s documents such as seamen Book, COC, GMDSS, SSO, Watch keeping& all types of endorsement.
